How long does a typical program run for? 

This all depends on your personal goals, needs and circumstances as we tailor each program around the individual in order to set you up for success. That said, most programs run for 3 - 6 months on average and anywhere up to 12 months. 

How do I know which program is best suited to my personal needs? 

Acceptance into our program is via application only. During this process, we will run through a complimentary planning and strategy session to identify your main goals and needs in order to develop a completely personalised plan and strategy. 

How many days training must I be able to commit per week to in order to participate? 

We require a minimum of 3-4 days per week, training for approximately 30-60 minutes each time. Most clients aim to train for a total of 5 days however i order to help optimise their progress and results. 

I haven't trained for a while, will this be a problem? 

Not at all. So long as you don't have any major injuries or reasons why it would be unsafe for you to participate, we can tailor your plan to meet your personal fitness needs, and then progress you from there accordingly. 

Do I need to have an active gym membership?  

No. Our tailored workout plans can be done at home or in the gym. Having limited access to equipment will not affect your involvement in this program whatsoever so long as you are willing to move your body! On the other hand, if you do have access to a gym or home equipment we will take this into account when planning and delivering your individual program. It's all about setting you up for success in a way that inspires you to take the type of actions. 

As the program is offered online, does this mean that I am doing it alone?  

Absolutely not. This program has been set up in such a way to ensure that you are fully supported every step of the way. Whilst you do need to have a certain level of personal discipline to take action and follow through, our coaches are there to daily and/or weekly support and guide you throughout the whole process. In addition to this, you will have access to a private, online group community where you can directly communicate with us and the other participants 24/7. We also use this platform as a way to stay connected with you on a daily basis to make sure that you maintain your levels of motivation and focus. 

I am currently breastfeeding, can I still participate? 

Our program is perfectly safe for breastfeeding mums however we do recommend that you speak to your doctor first to ensure that they are happy with you to participate. In some cases, we may need to communicate with your doctor (with your permission of course) in order to gain further clarity with any specific needs you may have. 

I want to start my program straight away but I have a planned holiday coming up - what shall I do? 

Generally speaking, the sooner you can start the better! The whole purpose of this program is to teach you how make positive changes in your life that are realistic and sustainable and part of this will be learning how to balance having fun - i.e. parties, holidays & special events - with taking action and achieving your goals. Progress is always better than 100% perfection so why wait? After all, there is no such thing as the 'perfect' time to start. 

I have tried other transformation programs before without much success, does this program really work?  

Absolutely AND with great success! One of the key factors to success lies in your ability to take the right type of action for long enough that is going to get you the right type of results.
